WARNING!!! Hydraulic systems are complex and very sensitive. If you are not comfortable with any of these procedures, please call for help. When working on these systems it is critical that you do not contaminate the system. There are a number of very small orifices in the system that can be blocked with one piece of oil dry, dirt etc. I NEVER use oil dry near these components! Oil blankets should be used to absorb spilled oil. Never apply teflon tape or gasket sealer to correct leak. A properly fitted, tight component shouldn’t need additional sealing.
REMEMBER MOST OF THESE COMPONENTS ARE UNDER EXTREME PRESSURE THAT CAN KILL, OR AT LEAST MAKE A BIG MESS
